Tap the + row and type their username. Or open the Camera and scan the QR code on their You screen, or open the invite link they shared.
Make sure you're signed in to iCloud and that notifications are allowed. If the list shows NOTIFICATIONS ARE OFF · TAP TO FIX, tap it to open Settings. Check that a Focus mode isn't silencing Oi.
Someone tried to send an Oi pretending to be another user. Oi checked the sender and stopped it, so it arrives with no sound and no Oi back button.
Long-press their name and choose Block. Their Ois arrive silently from then on. To unblock, tap your username and use the Blocked list.
Ois from anyone who isn't in your friends list still arrive, but silently.
Pick what your taps send from the emoji button in the header, or long-press a name to send one once.
Not directly. Delete your account from the You screen and sign up again with the new name. Your friends will need to add you again.
Tap your username, then Delete account. This frees your username and removes your friends list. It can't be undone.
