Check that your iPhone has Dynamic Island and that Live Activities are enabled for Island Pins in Settings. Start a timed session from a saved pin. iOS controls placement and visibility; another Live Activity may take priority.
Sessions are temporary: choose 30 minutes, 90 minutes or 3 hours, then start another session when you want your pin to appear again.
Edit the pin, choose Circle or Pill, and adjust the crop with drag and zoom. Try more padding or a light outline for artwork that is difficult to see against the island.
Use Restore purchases in the app while signed in with the same Apple Account used to buy the product. Unlimited Logos, individual packs and All Packs are separate purchases. Include the exact restore error in your email if access is still missing.
